The Chiefs of the Council of Elders of the Tribe of YHDH-Nation of YHWH as Native Slave descendants of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Diaspora have declared Government in Exile as a Tribal Nation of people that descend from slavery and have been forced to hide under the auspices of African American as a Nationality since the days of their ancestors captivity and now due to the excessive hatred, bigotry, racism and blatant discord for Humanity the Council of Elders by the recommendation of careful consideration issued by the Head Tribal Chief High Priest of the Tribe of YHDH Nation of YHWH to evaluate the merit and time and seasons that the Spirits of Evil are seeking to prevail by the way of police slaughters of innocent Black, Brown and Red slave descendants of today and by the way of injustice have the world allowed such spirit of evil to prevail.
